By creating an account or using BizBestie, including The 2:15 Project community feed and the compatibility matching feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and an entrepreneur, business owner, or builder of a product, platform, or brand to join BizBestie. By joining, you confirm this is true.
BizBestie is a community platform that connects women entrepreneurs through a live community feed and a compatibility quiz that suggests potential "business besties." BizBestie facilitates introductions only — we do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the character, intentions, or business practices of any member.
You're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep your profile up to date.
BizBestie is meant to be a safe zone — no judgment, no negativity. This is for you if you're building or growing a business, want a genuine business bestie, and are willing to both give and receive support.
It is not for members who:
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our discretion.
You retain ownership of anything you post in the community feed or your profile. By posting, you grant BizBestie a license to display that content within the platform. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, false, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Compatibility scores and match explanations are generated based on the information you provide and are intended as a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee of a good match, business relationship, or outcome. You're responsible for exercising your own judgment — including doing your own due diligence — before entering into any business dealings with another member.
Nothing on BizBestie constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. Content shared by members, including in The 2:15 Project, reflects their personal views and experiences, not advice from BizBestie.
BizBestie is not responsible for disputes, disagreements, or business dealings that arise between members. If a problem arises, please report it to us so we can review it, but we are not a party to and cannot resolve disputes between members.
By using BizBestie, you release BizBestie, its owner(s), and its representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your interactions, connections, or business dealings with other members — whether those interactions happen on the platform, over voice notes or calls, in person, or anywhere else. You acknowledge that connecting with other entrepreneurs carries inherent risk, and that you are solely responsible for evaluating the trustworthiness, intentions, and business practices of anyone you connect with through BizBestie, including before entering into any financial, contractual, or business relationship with them.
BizBestie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any match will result in a positive or productive relationship.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizBestie, its owner(s), and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these terms or our community guidelines; (c) your interactions or dealings with other members; or (d) content you post on the platform.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our community guidelines, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
The BizBestie name, "The 2:15 Project," the Founder Domains and Founder Energy Type frameworks, and all related branding and methodology are the property of BizBestie and may not be copied or used without permission.
BizBestie is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including interactions or business dealings with other members.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BizBestie after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the federal laws of Canada. Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting bizbestiessupport@gmail.com. Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved informally will take place in the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BizBestie regarding your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements.
